XINGHUA was born in 1994.
In 1994, Mr. Lion Kong and his wife jumped into the fine chemistry industry because of their passions and determination of making contributions to the industry. They opened a very small shop to deal with pigments business domestically just with a van.
The journey of creating a fine chemistry group had began in a very ordinary year by an ordinary couple with a very ordinary van.
XINGHUA had professional chemical engineers in 1995.
After one-year startup business, Mr. Lion Kong and his wife realized that if they wanted to realize their passions and determinations, doing pigments trading with a van was not enough, so they introduced some professional chemical engineers into XINGHUA and opened the chapter of developing and researching products, starting with oil-soluble dyes, which was the foundation of XINGHUA pigments group.
The headquarter of XINGHUA pigments group was established in 2004.
After ten-year professional development in the fine chemistry, XINGHUA had entered, opened and developed domestic market and won customers and market share gradually thanks to its time-standing technologies, products and services.
Thus, not only in order to realize XINGHUA’s original passions and determinations to the industry, but also in order to serve the the market and industry better, it established its headquarter in Shenzhen, China.
Until then, a small shop with a small van had developed into a group with different product lines, over one-hundred employees and positive domestic market share.
XINGHUA opened its core cooperations and relationships with global giants in 2010.
With another six-year development and extension, XINGHUA had enough power to take global giants hands to build a win-win business in domestic market.
By 2010, XINGHUA had been the core and/or exclusive agents and/or partner of DIC, LANXESS, KAO, BAYER, to name but a few.
Since then, XINGHUA’s journey to become an influential group has begun and will never stop.
XINGHUA obtained the exclusive dealership of HUNSTMAN (VENATOR) in Chinese market in 2015.
The period from 2010 to 2015 was a very key period for XINGHUA, within those five years, it finished its market strategy deployment and realized it, which made it earn the exclusive dealership from HUNSTMAN (VENATOR).
Besides, XINGHUA by then has been the exclusive agents and/or general agents and/or core partners of CABOT, BASF, CLARIANT and etc.
XINGHUA had its own online e-commerce platform and built its own overseas department in 2016.
Based on XINGHUA’s solid business, cooperation and relationship with the above chemical giants, its well-found customer group and increased market share, XINGHUA started to publish its own online e-commerce platform for the domestic market to offer better services.
And XINGHUA built its own overseas department to lay the foundation to access to the global market and to provide good products and service to the global customers.
XINGHUA launched its international branch formally in 2018.
After two-year of preparation and study, XINGHUA launched its international branch formally in 2018 to serve the global markets and customers.
Until now, a small shop with a van has been developed into an international group with products lines covering almost all organic pigments, inorganic pigments, solvent dyes and other relative products such as optical brighteners and masterbatch, with at least two production and manufacture centers and business all over the world.
